Why Schnitzel Haus
No trends, no shortcuts — just the hearty cooking of Central Europe, made the way Wolfgang learned it at home.
Recipes are old and unchanged. Schnitzels are pounded and breaded to order, sauces are simmered slow, and portions are the generous sort that send you home happy. It's food with a memory in it.
A family dining experience
Bring the family, bring the appetite. Schnitzel Haus is the kind of room where children are welcome and nobody's rushed.
Big plates land in the middle of the table, the staff remember your usual, and a quick lunch has a way of becoming a second coffee. Come as you are — you'll leave as a regular.
House favourites
The plates our regulars come back for, from the grill to something sweet.
Bell peppers, onion & tomato sauce over butter noodles.
Mushrooms in a truffle-oil cream sauce with parmesan.
