Which areas do you deliver to?
Delivery is handled by GrabFood, so the delivery radius and fees follow Grab's coverage from East Village on Upper Changi Road. Enter your address in the Grab app to see availability and the exact fee.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 30–50 minutes depending on distance and kitchen load. During peak lunch and dinner service it can take a little longer — everything is cooked to order, so it's worth the wait.
Can I order takeaway directly?
Yes. Call us on 9118 0336 to place a self-collection order and we'll tell you when it'll be ready. Please give schnitzel and knuckle a little extra time — they're fried and roasted fresh.
What payment methods are accepted?
GrabFood accepts cards and GrabPay in-app. For takeaway collection we accept cards, PayNow and cash in-store. (Confirm final payment options before launch.)
Does the food travel well?
We pack for the journey, but schnitzel is at its crispiest fresh from the fryer. If you can, dining in gives you the full experience — and a cold Paulaner to go with it.
