Die Kultur · the culture

A restaurant is the people who keep coming back.

Schnitzel Haus has never only been a kitchen. It is the regulars who have a usual, the squad that plays under our name, and everyone who turns up because someone told them to. This is that side of it.

The regulars’ table

Stammtisch

The table kept for the regulars — an Austrian institution, and the closest thing we have to a members’ club.

Clothes and hats.

We’re making a small run of Schnitzel Haus and Wolfgang clothing — t-shirts, caps and a few other pieces. Nothing is on sale yet.

If you want to know the moment it lands, message us and we’ll put you on the list.

02 Die Mannschaft

3x3 Wolfgang SG badge

One hoop, half a court, ten minutes.

Schnitzel Haus backs a 3×3 team. Three a side, one basket, a game of ten minutes or first to twenty-one — whichever lands first. It is the quickest and roughest version of the sport, and it has been an Olympic event since Tokyo.

Wolfgang SG fields U23 and Open Men’s squads, and flies the same two flags the kitchen does: Singapore and Austria. The name across the front of the jersey is ours, and so is the address underneath it.

03 Zusammenarbeit

Collaborate.

A lot of the best ideas here have come from outside the kitchen — a brand, a photographer, another team. If you want to make something with us, we’re listening.

  1. 01

    Kitchen & menu

A guest cook, a dish made together, a season on the card.

  2. 02

    Brands & makers

Brewers, roasters, distillers — anyone who makes something we could pour or plate.

  3. 03

    Events & pop-ups

A market, a supper, a takeover — here at East Village or somewhere else.

  4. 04

    Merch & design

A drop of clothes or hats with an artist, a brand or another kitchen.

  5. 05

    Pictures & film

Photographers, editors and writers. We’ll credit you.

Tell us what you have in mind.

If it doesn’t fit any of the above, that is usually the one worth hearing.
